My Approach 

Recovery isn't just about exercises, it's about consistency, structure, and how you function day-to-day. 

I combine strength-based training with a structured, behaviour-led approach to help you make real, lasting progress. 

This includes: 

  • Building routine and consistency 

  • Improving strength, coordination and control 

  • Regular check-ins to keep the client on track 

  • Monitoring mood, fatigue and cognitive challenges 

  • Communicating progress with the wider MDT

The goal is simple. Keep you safe, while helping you become more independent over time. 

What Makes This Different

My approach goes beyond traditional personal training or standard rehab. 

 

It combines: 

  • Clinical understanding of neurological conditions 

  • Behaviour change and consistency strategies 

  • Strength and physical development 

  • Ongoing monitoring and communication 

This allows for a more complete, structured approach to recovery, not just isolated sessions.

My work is built on a combination of: 

  1. Personal Training experience 

  2. MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience 

  3. MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis 

  4. BSc in Psychology 

  5. Certification as a Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

This allows me to support both the physical and behavioural side of recovery, while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
