Online Personal Training tailored to you and your schedule. Our online PT programmes are person-centred and aim to keep you fit while powering up your brain. You get a lot out of this programme including: - A weekly check-in to see how you are getting on - Fitness exercises tailored to you - Brain exercises - Diet tips to help promote your brain - Information and facts about the brain - Understanding of habits and how to utilise habits in the day to hit your goals This programme is more flexible than a face to face programme as you will be given your personal fitness programme, information regarding exercise and information about the brain but it is down to you to utilise these throughout the week. You will have a weekly check-in via Zoom once a week where we will discuss your progress and your goals. Personal training is not just about physical exercise. Personal training is about hitting your personal goals. This programme will help you achieve your goals.
